Stock photos of Rocky Mountain Goats. : Stock photos of Rocky Mountain Goats. This wilderness area is one of the best, and only places places to view the goats in Colorado. Mountain goats are not native to Colorado. Their natural southern most range was northern Wyoming. The first goats were released in This wilderness area in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Since then additional goats have been imported from the north and the herds have prospered and multiplied. There are now an estimated 90 to 100 goats in the region. Ohio Bike Week 2008 : First off thanks to Steve Ernst for inviting me up to participate as a member of his photo team. I truly enjoyed the events and atmosphere represented from not only the participants but Sandusky area as a whole. This is a work in progress so keep checking back for more pictures as the days go by and I can get caught up.
